-Do not use it immediately. Let the account ‘rest’ for 12–36 hours.

-Do not change anything: no password, no email, no name, no photo. (in the first 1–2 days)

✅ 3. Warming up before uploading Reels

-Scroll through your feed 3–5 times a day for 15 minutes.

-Watch 10–20 stories.

-Add a few likes.

-Make your first story.

-Continue light activity...

✅ 4. What not to do

-Do not change your account details in the first few days.

-Do not use bots, auto-likes, or mass following.

-Do not suddenly change your IP or device.

-Do not actively subscribe or like dozens of posts in a row

✅ 5. Security

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) after warming up.

Only change your password after your account has stabilised.
